About your tasks:

• Dispensing and shipment of medicines – Ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in the products shipped to customers.

• Medicine quality and storage – Monitoring storage conditions, maintaining the cold chain, and ensuring proper labeling.

• Customer and regulatory communication – Addressing inquiries regarding medications, legal requirements, and customer concerns.

• Compliance with pharmaceutical legislation – Adhering to Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) and managing dispensing records in line with regulatory standards.

• Handling complaints and returns – Assessing returned medicines and ensuring proper disposal or re-stocking.

• Quality management system – Collaborating with the Quality Department to ensure effective implementation.

• Order accuracy check – Verifying that all order items match the requested medicines before shipment.

About you:

• You have completed pharmaceutical diploma as a Pharmacist (m/f/d) and a valid license to practice as a pharmacist in the Czech Republic.

• Your passion for performing high-quality pharmaceutical tasks distinguishes you.

• You enjoy communicating with customers, especially over the phone.

• You possess a quick understanding and a strong customer service orientation.

• You have excellent Czech and English language skills, both written and spoken.

• You are proficient with pharmaceutical systems and MS Office.

• You work with high precision, are proactive, and take responsibility.
