Head of Operations (MedApp) (m/f/d)

MedApp is a daughter company of Redcare Pharmacy and part of the wider Redcare Pharmacy group, leading our Netherlands medication management mission.

As Head of Operations (m/f/d), you will translate MedApp's vision into operational goals and lead all operational teams. In doing so, you will use your analytical skills and entrepreneurial mindset/drive to optimize processes, improve business results and increase employee and customer satisfaction.

In addition to managing the operational teams, you drive MedApp's change agenda on a daily basis. This means that you determine the roadmap and work with the teams to ensure that all projects are successfully (and increasingly quickly) executed. You report directly to the CEO and play an important role in the management team.

Location: Eindhoven (Strijp-S)

Hours per week: Full-time (Onsite - 40 hours per week)

What will you be doing?

• As Head of Operations, you are ultimately responsible for the operational vision and strategy that contributes to the goals to be achieved that make MedApp the market leader in the Netherlands;

• On a daily basis you will manage the team leads in operations and coach them to become better and better in their leadership role;

• Monitor targets and intervene where necessary by using new projects to improve the business;

• Challenging the tech team so that they can best support the business to implement necessary innovations;

• Align goals and resources during the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycle;

• You will make an absolutely measurable contribution to growing into the undisputed market leader;

• Exceed the AOP's P&L goals by working with the MT to find solutions that open new doors;

• Having fun on this intense ride. After all, you are intrinsically driven to get results and raise the bar every day.

What do we need from you?

• Multiple years of experience in operational leadership roles within a fast-growing, dynamic environment with a strong affinity for (e-)pharmacy and/or pharmaceutical wholesale;

• Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary and complex organizations, ideally clear P&L responsibility;

• Experience in collaboration between technical and operational teams;

• Leadership mindset with proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, as well as coaching and leading team leaders with a hands-on mentality;

• Excellent Dutch and English communication and negotiation skills;
