About the role: 

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the introduction of IT Governance and driving this initiative forward. You'll play a key role in developing & setting up suitable governance frameworks and influence the future of IT at Redcare Pharmacy. As an expert, you'll help to steer and manage IT strategy, aligning it with business objectives. If you're passionate about building robust governance structures, this role is for you!

About your tasks: 

• Provide expertise on IT-Governance topics in the respective area of specialization
• Supporting the development and implementation of IT-Governance practices in the respective area of expertise
• Carrying out IT-Governance assessments and analyses in the respective area of expertise
• Identification and evaluation of IT-Governance risks in the respective specialist area
• Development of risk management plans and control mechanisms in the respective area of expertise

About you: 

• 5-7 years of experience in one of the following IT areas: IT infrastructure/ Cybersecurity/ Application Development/ Business Intelligence/ Product development (Optional: Pharmaceutical industry, Logistics, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance).
• Expertise in an IT-Governance framework (e.g. COBIT, ITIL, ISO 3850x).
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Experience with the implementation of IT-Governance practices in the respective field.
• Good knowledge of German (B1/2 level).
