About the role

Are you looking for a hands-on part-time job alongside your studies where you can gain valuable experience in the fast-paced world of recruitment? As a Working Student Recruiting (m/f/d), you will support our Talent Acquisition team with essential recruitment processes. This is a great opportunity to build your experience in CV screening, sourcing via LinkedIn, and employer branding content creation. Your contribution will help us attract and hire top talent!

About your tasks

• Support with screening incoming applications and reviewing CVs to identify the best candidates.
• Actively source candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms to strengthen our talent pipeline.
• Create employer branding content, such as compelling job ads and social media posts.
• Assist the team with ideas on how to improve our recruitment strategy.

About you

• You are currently enrolled at a university in Germany, preferably in a field like HR, psychology, communications, or a related discipline.
• You have a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition and are enthusiastic about finding and attracting top talent.
• You know how to write engaging content that grabs people’s attention (perfect for employer branding!).
• You have experience with or interest in usingsocial media - especially LinkedIn as a recruitment tool.
• You are proactive and always eager to learn new things.
• You are fluent in English and German.

About your rate

We pay an hourly wage of €15.51 for bachelor's students and €16.22 for master's students.
