About the role:

Are you eager to dive into the world of web analytics and conversion rate optimization? In this role, you’ll be part of an international team managing six different online shops, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven improvements for our digital products.

About your tasks:

• You interpret and visualize A/B test results to enable data-driven decision-making
• You work with dashboards to analyze and optimize website performance
• You support the prioritization of A/B tests to focus on the most impactful experiments
• You analyze the customer journey to generate new A/B test hypotheses
• You set up and execute experiments to improve user experience and conversion rates

About you:

• You are a registered student in a relevant field, such as IT, Data Analytics, Marketing, or E-Commerce
• You have a strong affinity for data and proficiency in Excel, and are passionate about e-commerce, with an interest in the development of new web and mobile features?
• You are able to work for 20 hours per week and are looking for a student role for at least 1 year? 
• You speak fluent English?
• If you like, you can work remotely for the most part, but you should be willing to meet with your team colleagues in our Cologne office twice a month

We pay an hourly wage of 15,51€ for Bachelor students and 16,22€ for Master students.

We are looking to fill this role starting from April 1, 2025.
