About the role:
Join a growing development team that plays a crucial role in building and maintaining the digital backbone of Redcare Pharmacy. You’ll have the opportunity to work on complex, distributed systems while developing and supporting internal services and applications. With a strong team spirit, you will mentor and support junior colleagues, shaping the future of our IT landscape.
About the tech stack:
Our core technologies include .NET Core (C#) and C++, with additional opportunities to work with JavaScript, HTML, and SQL (RDBMS). We also use Windows and Linux environments, and any knowledge of scripting/programming languages will be an advantage.
About your tasks:
- Develop and support internal services and apps, mainly in combination with other internal systems and our webshop.
- Handle ERP services, ensuring seamless integration with other IT software systems.
- Understand and analyze business requirements to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation with a strong focus on clarity and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and test IT software systems to ensure stability and efficiency.
About you:
- You have 5+ years of experience in software development, ideally in an environment where mentorship and technical leadership were part of your role.
- You have strong expertise in .NET Core (C#) and C++, with additional knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and SQL being a plus.
- You are fluent in English and have an excellent writing style for technical documentation.
- You have a solid understanding of IT systems and software architecture, particularly in distributed systems and ERP solutions.
