About the role
Are you ready to shape and lead the tax strategy of Europe’s No.1 e-pharmacy? As Director of Tax (m/f/d), you will establish a comprehensive Tax Control Framework and ensure compliance with Dutch and international tax regulations. This role offers a high level of responsibility and impact, a direct reporting line to the CFO, and close cooperation with the tax accounting team and a variety of key internal and external stakeholders to be tax compliant, optimize tax and mitigate risks.
About your tasks
- Develop and implement a robust Tax Control Framework, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Act as a strategic generalist across all tax matters, with a deep focus on Dutch tax law, corporate income tax and transfer pricing.
- Lead and collaborate with key stakeholders to align tax strategies with business goals.
- Provide expert tax advisory to ensure compliance and support business decision-making.
- Drive international tax planning and risk management initiatives to optimize tax efficiencies.
About you
- You bring extensive experience in corporate income tax, and have worked in similar roles at a large-scale organization.
- You have a strong background in international taxation and cross-border transactions.
- You are skilled in stakeholder management and can communicate complex tax matters clearly.
- You are a Dutch speaker with fluency in English; German is a plus.
