About the role:
As a Senior Payment Process Analyst, you’ll be part of the finance team that directly support our e-commerce business, making sure customer transactions flow smoothly and securely. From managing PSP integrations to ensuring accurate bank reconciliations, your work keeps our financial engine running. You’ll be both hands-on in the day-to-day execution and a go-to expert for all things related to digital payments.
About your tasks:
- Oversee and execute e-payment processes, including PSP integrations, direct debits, refunds, and chargebacks
- Manage bank imports, journal postings, and reconciliations to ensure accurate accounting of transactions
- Act as the key contact for PSPs and internal teams, resolving issues and improving payment processes
- Collaborate with tech, accounting, and operations teams to optimize and scale payment workflows
- Monitor and report on KPIs and transaction performance to ensure transparency and efficiency
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in payment operations, ideally in an e-commerce or digital finance setting
- Knowledge of Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and online transaction processing
- You’re tech-savvy, comfortable working with ERP and financial systems
- You care about getting things right, solving problems, and working across departments
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
