About the role:
Passionate about quality and healthcare? We’re hiring! Become part of the Quality Department at Europe’s top online pharmacy as our new Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d). As part of the QA team, you will contribute to maintaining and improving the quality of services and products we deliver to our broad range of customers. You will be involved in quality-related activities, such as executing checks and monitoring processes, and help ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards. You will be working in a dynamic and motivated team of young professionals, where collaboration and knowledge-sharing are key. Besides the professional environment, we also value informal team bonding and after-work activities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the organization.
About your tasks:
- Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) that meets both internal and external requirements.
- Analyzing data from the QMS to help identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in operational processes.
- Contributing to the development and practical implementation of quality procedures, policies and working instructions that enhance performance and compliance.
- Supporting the implementation of quality improvements and contributing to (international) quality-related projects as part of a collaborative team.
- Ensuring that internal systems and documents (e.g. SOPs, quality policies, risk analyses) are properly prepared, reviewed and updated to meet certification and compliance standards such as GDP, ISO 9001:2015 and BIO SKAL.
- Helping to maintain and improve the Document Management System, ensuring controlled documents are up to date and accessible.
- Participating in temperature monitoring and related controls to safeguard product quality during storage and transport.
- Engaging in cross-functional collaboration to support quality across departments and to foster continuous improvement.
About you:
- You have a background in science, health, or nutrition – or a comparable field with an affinity for quality-related topics.
- You are interested in quality assurance and motivated to contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic and fast-growing organization.
- You are curious and eager to learn more about quality processes and regulations, including Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and ISO9001:2015.
- You work accurately, take ownership of your tasks, and enjoy collaborating with others to uphold and improve quality standards.
- You have a proactive attitude and are comfortable adapting to new developments and changes.
- You understand the importance of customer expectations and are quality-minded in everything you do.
- You are open to learning more about national and international regulations, and how these translate into daily operational processes.
- Experience with quality-related tasks or projects is a plus, but motivation and willingness to grow in the role are even more important.
About your benefits:
In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs – whether it’s living a healthy life, having enough time for your needs, or developing your skills – we offer a wide range of different, site-specific benefits:
