About the role:
In this leadership role, you’ll work with a passionate team that sits at the core of our Finance department. You’ll be responsible for three impactful pillars: financial reporting, non-financial (ESG) reporting, and inventory accounting. This is a unique opportunity to shape how Redcare consolidates and communicates key performance information across the group—both hands-on and at a strategic level.
About your tasks:
- Execute and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes across the group
- Drive inventory accounting processes and ensure timely, accurate results in collaboration with multiple departments in the company
- Oversee and execute non-financial reporting in line with CSRD/ESRS requirements
- Ensure full IFRS compliance and support group audit processes
- Prepare the consolidated annual report, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with reporting standards
- Provide strategic input and guidance as the senior point of contact for consolidation, accounting, and reporting matters
- Coach and work alongside a team of ~5 accounting professionals, building expertise and delivering results together
About you:
- Extensive experience in financial reporting, ideally with an audit background and international scope
- Strong IFRS knowledge, with ESRS/CSRD familiarity considered a plus
- CPA or Dutch RA certification preferred
- You're comfortable navigating across departments and engaging with diverse stakeholders
- English proficiency required; Dutch or German is an advantage
- You care about accuracy, structure, and enabling better business decisions through data
