About the role:
Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to meaningful climate initiatives? At Redcare, this is your chance to become part of a purpose-driven team that's implementing a holistic sustainability strategy. You'll support high-impact projects including the development of our Climate Transition Plan with a strong focus on Scope 3 emissions.
About your tasks:
Contribute to the implementation of our Climate Transition Plan, particularly regarding Scope 3 emissions reduction.
Support internal and external communications, including alignment with CSRD reporting standards.
Get involved in wider sustainability programs such as fair treatment in the value chain and circular economy projects.
Assist in day-to-day operations of the Sustainable Development team, including organizing and participating in workshops and events.
Engage with cross-functional teams to help drive internal awareness and alignment with sustainability goals.
About you:
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a focus or strong connection to sustainability.
You are highly motivated about the intersection of business and sustainability.
You have a talent for clear communication, even when it comes to complex sustainability topics.
You are eager to learn and dive deeper into areas like Scope 3 emissions and stakeholder engagement.
