About the Role:

In the Customer Service role, you are the voice of the company - supporting customers in their most urgent moments and ensuring their issues are resolved quickly and effectively. With friendly communication and fast solutions, you make sure they feel well taken care of, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and the company’s success.

To strengthen our service team for the Italian market, we are looking for communicative and empathetic team players who speak Italian fluently. Grow with us and put your passion for customer service into practice as an Italian Customer Service Associate (m/f/d) at our Sevenum location near Venlo, Netherlands, and earn a net salary starting at €2,204! #yourcareer

 

We are working at least on 3 days a week in the office! 

 

YOUR TASKS

  • You support and assist our Italian customers and partners by phone (inbound and outbound) as well as in writing, acting as the main point of contact to uphold our service promise.

  • You provide knowledgeable guidance to customers, always showing sensitivity to their wishes and needs.

  • You ensure a smooth order and shipping process - this is a fundamental part of your responsibilities.

  • You handle service-oriented complaint and claims management as part of your daily work and always find quick, customer-focused solutions based on our internal guidelines.

  • You identify and highlight errors, including root-cause analysis, forming the basis for continuous optimization in your area.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have business-fluent Italian and English skills, both spoken and written.

  • You already have some experience in customer service (phone support, written communication, or sales).

  • You demonstrate a high degree of diligence, reliability, and a strong service mindset: a friendly demeanor and a natural feel for working with people.

  • Communication is clearly your strength and passion - both verbally and in writing. You always have an answer and the right solution. No matter the situation, you remain calm and keep your warm smile.

  • Thanks to your quick comprehension and experience with MS Office programs, you are a true system expert, ensuring a smooth order and shipping process.

  • You are a real team player - because only together can we move forward!
