Unifying the brand: Rebranding of Redcare Pharmacy’s webshops in France and Switzerland.

In September 2023, Redcare Pharmacy successfully relaunched its webshops in Germany and Austria with a new design. The feedback from various stakeholders and customers in the respective countries was highly positive. Strengthened by this response, the company has reached yet another milestone being the leading one-stop-pharmacy in Europe guiding people through their health.

To further unify the Redcare Pharmacy brand and maintain consistency across all active markets, the online pharmacy decided to rebrand its webshops in France and Switzerland as well. This process went beyond the previous rebrushes of the mentioned German and Austrian webshops, since for the French and Swiss markets the local brand names were also changed. On 27 November Shop Apotheke was relaunched under the name Redcare Apotheke in Switzerland and Shop Pharmacie in France became Redcare Pharmacie on 29 November.

In both cases, the new visual look and the new names ideally reflect Redcare Pharmacy’s corporate brand with its unique design, leading to increased visibility and further success in both markets. Having launched the new names, the online pharmacy remains consistent with its corporate branding, which emphasises the ambition to be more than just a shop.
