SHOP APOTHEKE again scores top marks in two renowned market surveys.

Germany’s SHOP APOTHEKE once more received a top ranking in the value for money survey conducted annually by market research institute YouGov and business newspaper Handelsblatt. SHOP APOTHEKE again received an “Excellent” label and placed third in the “Specialist retailers” category just ahead of the competitors medpex and DocMorris. 

The ranking is based on YouGov’s Brand Index, which is calculated on the basis of daily surveys that ask around 2,000 consumers to evaluate more than 1,200 brands in 40 different categories.

“Outstanding” rating for high degree of customer loyalty.

SHOP APOTHEKE was also awarded the “Outstanding“ seal of quality for the company’s high degree of customer satisfaction in a survey conducted by DEUTSCHLAND TEST and ServiceValue. The survey, which was published by Focus Money magazine, analyzed more than 1,800 brands from ca. 200 sectors. 68% of customers who had ordered something from SHOP APOTHEKE over the past year responded that they were planning to buy from the site again.
