Redcare Pharmacy's Annual General Meeting 2025:  All agenda items approved; Michael Köhler and Stephan Weber new members of the Supervisory Board.

Sevenum, the Netherlands, 16 May, 2025. At Redcare Pharmacy’s Annual General Meeting held yesterday, shareholders voted with an absolute majority for all agenda items, among others the appointment of Michael Köhler and Stephan Weber as new members of the Supervisory Board.

Björn Söder, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expresses satisfaction with the investors’ approval stating: "We are very delighted that our shareholders approved the appointments of Michael and Stephan. Both embody true entrepreneurial spirit and bring considerable industry knowledge to the Supervisory Board. They will be invaluable assets as we continue to advance our long-term strategy.”    

Furthermore, the re-appointment of Jérôme Cochet as a member of the Supervisory Board for an additional and final term of one year was also approved. The Supervisory Board now consists of Björn Söder (Chairman), Jaska de Bakker (Deputy Chairwoman), Jérôme Cochet, Michael Köhler and Stephan Weber.
