About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Redcare's OTC & supplements focused Own Brand portfolio across Europe. In this newly created leadership role, you’ll build and lead a team of specialists in our Berlin office, while steering a long-term vision to make Redcare products a cornerstone of our customer experience and growth strategy.
About your tasks:
- You’ll scale our Own Brand business from a solid foundation to the next level, across categories like OTC, beauty, supplements, wellness, and more
- You’ll build, lead, develop, and inspire a team of experts in product development, category management and go-to-market to accelerate Redcare’s Own Brand success
- You’ll define and implement a comprehensive short- and long-term own brand strategy, including a clear brand identity and architecture for all European markets
- You’ll support your team of 15+ FTEs in managing the full product lifecycle, from identifying market potential to development and launch, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective product management, and commercial performance
- You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. brand, regulatory, marketing, supply chain) to create an ideal setup for our own brand operations
- You’ll identify innovation opportunities, including licensing and strategic partnerships—to expand the own brand portfolio by leveraging consumer insights and market trends
About you:
- You bring solid experience in managing an OTC related Product Portfolio
- Ideally, you have an established network in the CDMO/ CMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) ecosystem
- Although you're not a regulatory expert, you have steered and participated in a number of licencing and in-licencing deals.
- You have a strong track record in both product development and commercial strategy: having built impactful own brand products and defined brand identities and value propositions for diverse markets and customer needs
- You’re excited by a leadership role where your vision shapes a Europe-wide product footprint, and you have experience leading your own team as well as steering cross-functional teams
- You’re business fluent in English; German skills are a plus
- You are comfortable working out of our Berlin, with office presence of two-three times per week.
