In Supply Chain, the team coordinates the flow of products across Redcare Pharmacy’s network. The team balances customer demand, supplier collaboration, product availability and operational capacity to keep processes running smoothly. Their work helps ensure that the right products are available at the right time, supporting both business efficiency and customer trust.
In the Supply and Demand Team, I leverage my expertise in transportation, warehouse operations, and materials management to optimize inventory levels and streamline processes. By driving efficiency and continuous improvement, I can support the logistics organization in achieving best-in-class performance.
