How Quality and Safety is ensured within Shop Apotheke Europe.

Shop Apotheke Europe is committed to maintaining the highest safety and quality practices through continuous compliance with national and international regulations and standards.

The Good Distribution Practices (GDP) for the safe distribution of medications, ISO9001:2015 for the best quality management system, Bio Skal for the secure storage and sale of organic products, and the Dutch Pharmacy Standard (NAN/KNMP) for trustworthy and safe pharmaceutical care are among the main standards included in this list of meeting the highest quality and safety standards. Also, the internal quality department has the responsibility of providing ongoing guidance and expertise on all quality and safety issues.

There are several ways to ensure the (chemical) safety of our products. Falsified medications can be kept out of the supply chain by conducting thorough checks on them, assisted by the Falsified Medicine Directive (FMD) implementation. Timely and proper handling of recalls and quality defects through daily checks, strict requirements for returning products to saleable stock, daily products assessment and product release of our assortment, and double-checking of customer’s medication orders further demonstrates the diligence with which Shop Apotheke Europe works to provide the highest standards of quality and safety in its products and services.

Due to the fact that responsible marketing and advertising of goods also has a significant impact on the appropriate use and consumption of the drug, Shop Apotheke Europe complies with all legal requirements.
