Customers and suppliers give top marks to <br/>SHOP APOTHEKE.

First place again in the 13th SEMPORA survey of the pharmacy market.

For the fourth time in a row, SHOP APOTHEKE is ranked number one among German online pharmacies in the renowned SEMPORA survey of the country’s pharmacy market. Pharmaceutical industry decision-makers once more named the online pharmacy the most capable and effective provider on the market. This year’s grade of 1.6 was yet another significant improvement compared to last year and highlights the company’s consistent upwards trajectory. Consumers also continue to place SHOP APOTHEKE on top of their popularity rankings: They again named the mail order supplier their online pharmacy of choice.

The 13th SEMPORA survey of the pharmacy market is based on interviews the management consultancy conducted with 39 pharmaceutical industry decision-makers, 267 pharmacists and nearly 1,000 consumers in April and May of this year. Questions covered a range of topics affecting the German pharma market. The study provides insights into the sector’s current state and highlights how the market is expected to develop in the future. Along with the expert and consumer rankings, these findings provide points of reference to navigate this dynamically growing market.
