Customers benefit from additional advice and safety

The website of Germany’s leading online pharmacy 

 now offers its customers application videos for more than 2,000 products. The professionally created short films explain in a straightforward manner how best to use non-prescription medications and other pharmacy-related products.

The online channel has a clear advantage over brick-and-mortar pharmacies since we can ensure a consistently high level of consulting quality.”

The video clips also address seemingly easy but often overlooked issues such as how best to remove pills from blister packaging or the quantity of an ointment to apply to the skin. The clips‘ presenters also provide helpful hints on how to alleviate or avoid symptoms beyond using the respective product. For better recall, the most important points are shown in writing at the end of each clip.

The videos, which are one-and-a-half to three minutes long, can be found on the relevant product pages and can be watched via PC, tablet or smartphone.
