SHOP APOTHEKE RECEIVES NUMEROUS AWARDS.

Sevenum, 27 May 2021. Following SHOP APOTHEKE EUROPE's triple win at the   2020-2021 Webshop Awards, Germany's 

 scored several more awards in different rankings.

SHOP APOTHEKE received excellent ratings in Sempora's renowned survey of the German pharmacy market for the ninth time in a row, taking first place in the industry's performance rating of all online pharmacies by a wide margin with a score of 1.8. The average score of all online pharmacies surveyed was 2.9. 

The SEMPORA study highlights current and future trends in the German pharmacy market. Among other things, the focus was on the relationship between pharmacies and OTC manufacturers, digitalisation from the perspective of pharmacies and manufacturers and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the German pharmacy market. Overall, 51 decision-makers from pharmaceutical companies, 87 pharmacists and 1,351 consumers were interviewed for the survey.

“Innovation Excellent" award in the “Specialist retailer” category.

In this year's innovation ranking by market research institute YouGov and Handelsblatt financial newspaper, SHOP APOTHEKE received an "Excellent" rating. As part of the study, 10,000 consumers were asked about the most innovative brands.  SHOP APOTHEKE placed third in the “Specialist retailer” category ahead of Mister Spex and Fielmann.

“Germany's Customer Champion 2021” in the “online pharmacies” category. 

In a study on the customer relationship management of companies, SHOP APOTHEKE was awarded the title of "Germany's Customer Champion 2021" and is among the top three in the “online pharmacies” category. The study, which was based on representative surveys, was initiated by the F.A.Z. Institute, the German Society for Quality e.V. (DGQ) and 2HMforum. SHOP APOTHEKE achieved top results and certificates in the “Customer service”, “Price”, “Quality” and “Sustainability” categories plus as an innovator. 

Statista and Computer Bild looked at 7,629 online shops to determine which companies would receive this year’s Top Shop seal. The online survey examined a total of 79 features – including an evaluation of the webshops’ look and clarity as well as information on such factors as delivery times and payment options. SHOP APOTHEKE convinced the testers and scored "Very high" on technical quality and user-friendliness in the “Medications” category. As a result, SHOP APOTHEKE was awarded the Top Shop 2021 seal of quality.

A survey conducted by BILD and Service Value identified Germans’ favourite businesses among more than 1,900 companies in 163 sectors. In the study, which is based on 470,298 consumer ratings, overall satisfaction with such criteria as price, products and brand played a significant role. SHOP APOTHEKE achieved third place in the "online pharmacies" category.
